REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Academikx. We are committed to providing high-quality academic assistance. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and obligations.


REFUNDS


Since we provide digital services and intellectual property, refunds are not processed as "returns." Instead, refunds are issued based on performance guarantees (e.g., failing grades or unmet requirements).


All refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the assignment due date or the completion of the online class.


REFUND PROCESS


To request a refund, please email our support team at contact@academikx.com.


Your email must include:


Proof of Payment: A receipt or transaction ID.


Evidence of Grade: A screenshot or official document showing the grade received on the specific assignment, exam, or online class we assisted you with.


Processing Time: After receiving your refund request and verifying the evidence, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) to fourteen (14) days for us to investigate the claim and process the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS & DISQUALIFICATIONS


Please read this section carefully. Not all situations qualify for a refund.


1. Interference with On-Going Classes


If you decide to complete any gradable task (such as a quiz, discussion post, or assignment) without our knowledge in a class we are managing for you, you act in breach of our agreement. You are automatically disqualified from receiving any refund if the final grade is affected by tasks you completed yourself.


2. Pre-Existing Class Status


If you hire Academikx to assist with an online class that is already in progress (i.e., you have already completed some weeks or assignments yourself), we cannot guarantee the final cumulative grade.


If you have already lost significant points before hiring us, we are only responsible for the grades on the specific work we complete.


If you fail the class due to low grades obtained before our engagement, you are automatically disqualified from receiving a full refund.
